A Vegan and Vegetarian Menu for our Bride and Groom!

Here are some great photos of an event held in The White Room Loft and Rooftop!  The ceremony was held in The Loft with a Chuppa draped in fabric.  The centerpieces were wild flowers in multiple vases.  Such a natural look with brick walls in the background.  For the Menu that evening the bride and groom requested to have a few Vegan/Vegetarian options:
Hors d’ Oeuvres
Panko crusted Criminis (vegan)
Tuscan Pesto Sundried Tomato Tart
Pear and Almond Brie wrapped in Phyllo
Strawberry, Brown Sugar Glazed Pecans, Mixed Greens, and Feta (no Feta for the Vegans)
Main Course
A Mediterranean Ratatouille served in a Voulevant (puffed pastry) topped with an Artichoke-Lemon Butter (Sauce on side at station) and placed over Vegan shallot mashed yukon potatoes.
A Pasta Station with sauteed items such as eggplant, squash, spinach, garlic, served with a marinara and a sundried sherry tomato cream sauce (for non vegan guests).
Black Bean and Rice Martini Station
Cuban Style Black Beans and Brown Rice with Plantains.  Served with a selection of cheese, pico de gallo & sour cream

I traveled to New York City and dined at some of the top restaurants such as Candle 79 to make sure we served the same level and quality of food for the evening.  The guests raved and said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding!  That’s what we strive to do for our Bride, Groom and all of their guests!
